What's in my bathroom cabinet? (Skincare - Editor's Vlog) | Get The Gloss

Now that you know that skin care stars on the inside it's time to concentrate on those things we need to do on the outside. Most people know that they should limit their time in the sun. If you have to be outdoors wear a hat and sunscreen. While many people think they look healthy with a tan, the reality is that you are causing serious damage to your skin.

Exercise helps you skin in a couple of ways. For one thing it will increase blood flow which will give your skin that radiant glow that we all want to have. Secondly, when you sweat you are getting rid of harmful toxins in your body. By exercising, and sweating, several times a week you are preventing the buildup of these toxins.

Drink this tea daily to gain the maximum benefit. This will help prevent kidney stones or help dissolve existing stones. The bad news is that kidney stones are painful and can make it difficult to urinate, not to mention the fact that kidney stones can cause serious damage to your kidneys. The good news is that they can sometimes be prevented naturally by using various herbs.

But don't overlook strength training as an excellent exercise to help you lose weight. Strength training might make you think of dumbbells and barbells and muscled men working out in gyms. But it's not that. Strength training can be something as simple as doing some resistance movements. Leg lifts or arm raises done with controlled muscle strength will help you lose weight.

One of the best ways to do that is to drink plenty of water. You hear about it all the time but so many people still do not properly hydrate themselves. You need up to eight glasses of water every single day. That doesn't include pop, tea, juices, or coffee. One of the first places dehydration shows up is by drying your skin.

We all know that if we allow stress to build up for too long we eventually explode. Regular exercise will help you get it out of your system. If we control those explosions by focusing that energy into something constructive, such as a boxing class, or a nice long jog, we can get the stress relief we need without getting ourselves into trouble.
