Skincare Routine: Oily/ Acne Prone Skin





This means that the original, natural ingredient has been chemically modified, possibly to the point of now being toxic. Many companies find it cheaper to substitute natural products with man made alternatives, but they still want to create the illusion that their product is all natural, or organic. Another thing to be on the lookout for, and one of the favorite tricks of cosmetic manufacturers,is the term 'infusion'. 

Here is some of what I've learned. 1. Be very careful of what types of soaps you use on your face. You need to find a soap that is gentle and has a moisturizer. Ideally you should use a totally organic product since, believe it or not, many store bought cosmetics including moisturizers have very harmful chemicals in them. 

For example, some people will have acne but they will also have very dry skin. A lot of acne treatments are made to dry your skin out, but obviously if you have dry skin that will create additional problems for your skin. On the other hand, if you have oily skin many acne treatments will work better for you since this is what many treatments are created to target. 

Stones take time to form, even though at first you won't even know they are there. They form when your body is unable to clear urinary waste out completely. This waste can form solid blockages which if left unchecked will cause kidney stones and severe pain. Sometimes kidney stones appear in patients that aren't considered at risk for them. 

Other common problems for anyone who has sensitive skin include cold, dust, heat, smoke, rough fabrics, lotions, perfumes, and even some beverages and food like caffeine, alcohol, and spicy foods. When you are exposed to these triggers your skin can become red, blotchy, or flaky. Not only are these reactions unattractive, they are also unpleasant and a little painful. 

Now that you know that skin care stars on the inside it's time to concentrate on those things we need to do on the outside. Most people know that they should limit their time in the sun. If you have to be outdoors wear a hat and sunscreen. While many people think they look healthy with a tan, the reality is that you are causing serious damage to your skin.
