SKIN| My Acne JourneyThey work best in their natural, raw state and if they are processed they will lose a lot of their effectiveness. When you are on the hunt for skin care products there are a few things you need to keep in mind. For one thing what type of skin do you have? Is your skin overly dry? Do you suffer from oily skin and have frequent, and possibly severe, acne outbreaks? This is one reason why fitness experts no longer recommend a regime of just diet or exercise for weight loss, but suggest a program of both; a form of weight loss called High calorie expenditure suggests that a low or moderate intensity activity is better than merely dieting; the program recommends about 45 minutes of walking at least five times a week at a moderate rate, this walking should burn around one pound per week, which is the recommended rate of fat-loss for a healthy program. Your diet should be filled with foods rich in vitamins, minerals, and anti-oxidants which can stimulate collagen growth. You also want to make sure your body is properly hydrated. As with your diet, moisturizing your skin starts on the inside too. Don't forget about exercise. This too can help give your skin that healthy glow. You could end up with an injury that can prevent you from exercising for a long time. And you don't want that. While there may be workout routines that are called extreme exercise, it usually refers to simply exercising to excess. Instead of jogging for an hour maybe someone will do it for 2 to 3 hours. Losing weight is therefore essential, and exercise is probably the best way of doing this; but many people feel confused and intimidated by the idea of exercising. One of the first questions they have is how much exercise for weight loss is necessary? Most of us exercise without knowing it, as even every-day activities burn calories; but not enough to help the body lose weight. Exercising regularly also allows you to get rid of harmful toxins throughout your body. Your sweat will whisk away many toxins, it's like the rinse cycle on your washer. And one more very simple, but necessary step to skin care is to protect your skin from too much sun. Wear a hat and put on a high SPF sunscreen.
