Make sure you keep your body hydrated. Drink at least eight glasses of water daily. And remember, pop, coffee, or tea don't count. When it comes to finding a good acne treatment product it's mostly a question of trial and error. There are many products on the market today. Some will work for some people but not others.

Things such as learning a second language or learning how to sew, for example, are a few ideas of new skills that you can do that might turn into wonderfully relaxing hobbies.
