HAUL 🔶 SKINCARE

One of the most common mistake made by people with sensitive skin is to grab for that store bought bottle of moisturizer when their skin starts to feel tight, and dry. That can be the wrong thing to do because more often than not these products contain harmful chemicals that are actually worse for your skin and will dry your skin out even more.

Resistance rings or bands are a wonderful tool for this type of exercise. The bands are particularly nice because you can use them for anything. You can wrap a band around your back, hold the ends of it, and push your fists forward. You can step up on the band and pulls the ends up. Hold the band in place against your hip while you exercise on arm and then switch sides.

Word of caution, don't rub with the towel use it to pat your face, gently. If you have dry skin you will need to add some moisturizer after you've washed your face. If you don't have dry skin skip the moisturizer. Another thing to keep in mind is that all skin care must start on the inside of your body.

After 20 minuets step off the treadmill, drink some water, and perform some stretches. On the second day, do a number of sit ups or crunches. Lay on the floor, arms behind head, and legs straight (sit ups) or bent (crunches). Raise the head and shoulders from the floor (being careful not to lift the head using the arms), as far as possible.

The bad news is that kidney stones are painful and can make it difficult to urinate, not to mention the fact that kidney stones can cause serious damage to your kidneys. The good news is that they can sometimes be prevented naturally by using various herbs. If you already have them there are herbs that can relieve kidney stones.

Food, alcohol, even household cleaners have more labeling regulations than the products you put on your skin like lotions, in your hair such as shampoos, conditioners and even in your mouth, like toothpaste and mouthwashe. So what do you do as a consumer who wants to drastically cut back on the potentially cancer causing chemicals in the cosmetic and personal care products you buy?
