The body expends a lot of energy in the high-intensity sessions, and then recovers during the lower intensity activity; this is considered useful in preventing injury, and the body also burns calories faster during interval sessions, so that 20 minutes of interval work can burn as much fat as 40 minutes of single intensity exercise. Black skin differs from white skin in a few specific ways. For one thing it does age more slowly than white skin due to the pigment which resists sun damage. But, just like white skin, black skin will get saggy with age so any product that can improve elasticity will be beneficial. While it might seem odd to some people, even people with dark skin need to use sunscreen everyday.
