It's also the biggest organ in your body. It just make sense to take good care of your body and all of it's organs. 

One of the most common, and potentially worst piece of advice we all get, about taking care of our skin is to wash our face frequently. Now obviously it's important to keep your skin clean, but if you wash your face too often you can actually be making matters worse. Harsh cleansers, hot water, rough scratchy towels and washclothes will all work together to keep your sensitive skin inflamed and raw. 

Many manufacturers are jumping on the 'green' bandwagon and that can make it very hard for the average consumer to know which organic skin care product is truly organic and which is not. There is very little regulation when it comes to labeling of cosmetics. Food, alcohol, even household cleaners have more labeling regulations than the products you put on your skin like lotions, in your hair such as shampoos, conditioners and even in your mouth, like toothpaste and mouthwashe. 

Going alone to the gym can be a depressing experience, and those that do go often lose motivation quickly, and find that they are avoiding going; the weight they lost going to the gym piles back on, but they are reluctant to start again. For those people, choosing to exercise for weight loss at home might be the perfect solution. 

The best way to lose weight through exercise is to take it steady and slow. Unfortunately, most people who want to lose weight don't really have that kind of patience. The thinking is that results should happen quite quickly. And they usually don't. You didn't gain weight overnight, so you won't lose it overnight no matter how much you exercise. 

If you are experiencing pain in your groin, lower stomach or back accompanied by vomiting and dark orange or reddish urine,or if you experience pain while urinating, it's likely you have a kidney stone. Once the kidney stone is formed it's very important to get rid of it as soon as possible, not just for pain relief but also because the stone can cause serious damage to your kidneys.
